Return Policy

We want you to be happy with the products that you purchase from Lane Manufacturing, Inc, but we also know that sometimes you receive a product that does not work for your situation or a duplicate order has been placed or whatever the situation is, please call us 1-800-777-2603. If you return an unused product for credit within 30 days from date of purchase, we will refund your entire purchase price, less the shipping charges, and subject to a restocking fee on a case by case basis.  After 30 days accepting a product for any credit will be determined based on, what the item is and how much it has been used. We will be fair with you! Defective products are handled differently of course. Please call us 1-800-777-2603 as soon as you see a problem, we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
