Shipping Policy

For all Continental U.S. customers we ship via UPS ground or Priority mail, whichever is the most economical for you. If you require faster shipping, please let us know and we are happy to ship overnight or 2nd day air, additional charges will apply. Alaska and Hawaii we ship UPS 2nd day air, unless otherwise specified. For Canadian Customers we ship UPS ground, unless you require air shipments. All other international customers we ship UPS Air, Express Mail or Priority Mail. UPS air is the fastest , but also the most expensive. We are happy to quote you costs before we ship your order. Please contact us if you would like a quote for cost and time in transit. If your package arrives damaged or something is missing, please call us as soon as possible 1-800-777-2603, so we can determine if you need a replacement or what steps need to be taken, as far as filing claims etc.
